Terms of Service

Last updated: 12/Aug/2026

These terms are the agreement between you and HydroSox Ltd when you use this site and buy from us. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our Privacy, Shipping and Returns pages.

Who we are

This site is operated by HydroSox Ltd, 399–405 Oxford Street, Mayfair, London W1C 2BU.

Company registration number: 17273367.

You can contact us at info@hydrosox.com or 0203 4322 920.

Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you an email confirming dispatch — not before. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or there was a pricing error), we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you complete your order. We take payment through our secure payment providers at the time you order. We make every effort to price correctly, but if we discover a genuine error we will contact you before dispatching.

Your right to cancel and return

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page and are not reduced by these terms.

Faulty goods

If goods are faulty, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, as described on our Warranty & Faulty Goods page.

Product information

We describe our products as honestly and accurately as we can, including their limits. Colours may vary slightly with your screen. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of performance beyond what is stated, and our wudu-related information is not a religious ruling — please consult your own scholar.

Our liability

We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

Acceptable use

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use its content without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
